Washingtin,Feb,21:US President Barack Obama urged Congress to enact tax proposals that provide the support to the technology companies and other businesses activity in country that help create jobs in the U.S. rather than overseas in the form of outsourcing their work.

Boeing Co., whose Everett, Washington, jet factory Obama visited few days back, has "put thousands of folks to work all over the US," Barak Obama said in his weekly radio speak and Internet address. "We want to see more of this. We need to make it as easy as we can for our companies to create more jobs in America. And that starts with our tax code."

Barak Obama revealed that the US companies had created 3.7 million new jobs over the last 23 months, adding, "Companies like Boeing are realizing that even when we can't make things cheaper than China, we can make things better. That's how we're going to compete globally."

"No company should get a tax break for outsourcing jobs," Obama said. He urged helping "manufacturers who set up shop here at home," particularly technology companies. "And Congress should send me that kind of tax reform right away."

The address was aired a day after Obama's advisers said in an annual White House report to Congress that they expect the US economy will gain good strength in 2012 and add 2 million jobs will be created in this way.

A "plausible range" for the average unemployment rate this year would be between 8 percent and 8.6 percent, the report said, citing private forecasters.

Well based on the complexity of questions from constitution, Current affairs, Science and economics ....with an additional option E, it can be said that CUT O FF for General Should be around 80-82....Even many other site including VISION IAS has also speculated the cut off around 84 for General !!

by Surovi

ye jo log 90-92 ki baaten kar rahen unhe khud pata nahi ki what is the right answer for all question. No website has so far given correct solution for all question. I agree with surovi. Th cut off this time should go even lower than last year around 82-84 for general!!

I guess cut off this time should not exceed 85 for general category. Option Ewas very confusing.science was really the most tougest part. !!

at least 10-15 solutions given on the website is absolutely wrong. even most of the answers of science part are also wrongly given by VISION IAS. MY expectation for PT cut off this year should be around 84-85 for general cat. 78-81 For bc . Hardly 100-200 candidate would be able to score 90-95. so the common basis of cut off should linger around 85-82 for general Cat.
