IMPACT OF EARTH’S REVOLUTION ON HEMISPHERICAL ADVENT OF SEASONS AND ON LENGTH OF THE DAY: The tilt of earth is fixed at 28.5 degree and the path of the earth tilted towards the sun receives maximum amount of sunlight and for long duration. Northern hemisphere receives more sunlight in the period from march to july as compared to southern hemisphere because of the northern hemisphere tilted towards sun . Meanwhile, there is no such effect on the equatorial region.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIMES AND UTILITY IN INDIA: Daylight saving time is a concept of utilizing the extra sunlight available. DST is fruitful in the region where sun is available more than that of an average, generally these region have longer days than nights. Temperate region are greatly beneficiary in this regard. In order to utilize the extra available sunlight ,countries of temperate (middle latitude region) shifts their office hour early and use the evening for the recreational works . Prime motive is to utilize the sunlight for maximum possible work and save the energy source  to the peak of their ability.

DST UTILITY IN INDIA : Even in India concept of DST can be explored, specially in northeast where sun rises early as compared to western India. The difference is almost of two hours ,but if we change the working hours it won’t be so feasible and productive because there would be difficulties in synchronizing with other region though possibility of DST is there but it is too way limited.

Well based on the complexity of questions from constitution, Current affairs, Science and economics ....with an additional option E, it can be said that CUT O FF for General Should be around 80-82....Even many other site including VISION IAS has also speculated the cut off around 84 for General !!

by Surovi

ye jo log 90-92 ki baaten kar rahen unhe khud pata nahi ki what is the right answer for all question. No website has so far given correct solution for all question. I agree with surovi. Th cut off this time should go even lower than last year around 82-84 for general!!

I guess cut off this time should not exceed 85 for general category. Option Ewas very confusing.science was really the most tougest part. !!

at least 10-15 solutions given on the website is absolutely wrong. even most of the answers of science part are also wrongly given by VISION IAS. MY expectation for PT cut off this year should be around 84-85 for general cat. 78-81 For bc . Hardly 100-200 candidate would be able to score 90-95. so the common basis of cut off should linger around 85-82 for general Cat.
