How To Overcome With The Problem Of Slipped Disc

A problem related to back aches are known as Slipped disc problems which are very painful for the individual and makes them uneasy to work. A disc is made up of 2 parts the elastic outer shell which is known by the name as annulus fibrosis and the other part is known by the name as nucleus purposes.

In some cases, certain types of pressure can damage the shell which will result in Slipped disc. Main symptoms of this problem are back pain, worsening pain which is due to the activities like coughing and sneezing. Pain which results during bending or sitting time. Main causes of this problem are lack of exercise along with smoking and incorrect lifting techniques.

Poor posture of the body is also the main cause of Slipped disc problem.  Treatment of this problem will include medical along with a physical examination.  Apart from that person should also go for a massage and heat treatment which will prove effective for this problem. The person should avoid lifting heavy objects along with sitting down for longer periods.

As per the Polyeyes prediction, the difference of marks between UR and SC is very small .A gap ofonly 10 marks or 5 questions.In the 5th JPSC PT exam,his gap was of 34 marks or 17 questions without any change in SC seats and number of candidates appeared.

Cut off for UR should be 190-204 marks.

The cut-off will be between 225-235 for unreserved category.
