India To Join League Of Nation Having It's Own GPS System

DELHI: India with the launch of Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS-1D), the third launch of IRNSS series, will inch a step forward to have its own navigation system. The Indian version of IRNSS will have total seven satellites.

India has successfully placed three INRSS system and all set for the fourth one on March 9, 2015. Meanwhile, the tech giant like china, Russia, Europe and China already have their well established indigenous Global Positioning System.

The United States (US) is the first and foremost to have its navigation system known as Global Positioning System (GPS). The US GPS consist of 24 constellation of navigation satellite and it operates globally. Also US has one more navigation system known as albeit, it operates at regional level.

Russia has also established a similar navigation system known as GLONASS, Next is Europe having Galileo and China has got BeiDou. The IRNSS series of India has got 7 satellite systems, in which three been launched.

After the successful configuration of Rs 14,00 crore IRNSS project. India will get accurate navigation signals over India and up to 15, 00 km from its borders. This will reduce the dependence of India on US based GPS Service.

My score is 224 and I am a General candidate. So what would I expect?

As per the Polyeyes prediction, the difference of marks between UR and SC is very small .A gap ofonly 10 marks or 5 questions.In the 5th JPSC PT exam,his gap was of 34 marks or 17 questions without any change in SC seats and number of candidates appeared.

Cut off for UR should be 190-204 marks.

The cut-off will be between 225-235 for unreserved category.
