Women Fitness TipsEvery woman wants to be ‘fit’ for whole life. They are doing every possible effort. Running on treadmill whole day, forget the taste of sweets and convince there stomach that 1 apple is enough for dinner.

She even don’t know what she is eating can affect on their fitness.

Here are some tips which may help a woman to fit:

If you are overweighed choose some easy way to lose weight such as dancing, swimming and playing that you could really enjoy doing. Every day walk for 30 minute it can help you to lose 2kg per week. May be walking alone everyday can be boring to you. Get a pet like dog, bring it along; they can be a very good companion.

  • Food is a key for fitness. What you but in your body matters a lot. Eating every nutrient in balanced amount is very important. Eat easily digestible food. Try to avoid overcooked food.
  • Forget the traditional concept that you should eat only 3 times a day. You should in-fact eat 4 to 5 meal a day but it should be in less amount. The amount of calories that is essential for your body you should keep that in mind and make a diet routine.
  • There is another misconception in eating habits; people tend to eat very less in breakfast and too much dinner. This is totally opposite of what one should do. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be heaviest. There is a saying “you should eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a beggar”.
  • Drink 7 to 10 glass of water every day. You can drink low fat milk and juice instead of evening meal. Alcoholic drinks are a strict no-no.
  • Make a routine life in which you should have one hour for your own fitness.
  • Do 4 or 5 simple exercise daily. 30 min meditation is very helpful to keep you fresh for whole day.
  • Give your time to your family. Play with family such as badminton, tennis that is really helpful to make you fit.
  • Try to be always happy. Handle all problems in life and solve them with patience and a smile.
