What your child is eating at school may decide how he faces up to any illness that might appear later in his life.

Some of the parents who doesn’t know about the food habit their children’s have outside home, if these parents think that they are the best parents looking after their children’s health then they are living in an illusion which doesn’t have any loop hole.

What I precisely mean to say is most of the parents doesn’t know what their children eat when they are not at home. The children’s of today’s generation are obsessed with junk food. It actually tastes pretty delicious at the starting but they are unaware of the side effects of it. The result is they will become overweight and will become the major cause of worry for them afterwards and eventually for their parents.

In 2010, the British Medical Journal found that only a shocking one per cent of children's lunchboxes met high nutritional standards. "With more than a fifth of kids overweight by the time they start school, and one third obese by 11, what's eaten every day at school is of huge importance,"

If you look at any newspaper of any country you will find full fledged advertisements of “remedies of obesity” and also you won’t believe they make millions out of it. My point is why to loose the major part of your earning in therapies which ensures you to reduce your size instead of it you can deliver your experiences to your younger ones by knowing your children’s better. More accurately, by knowing their food habits and most importantly providing them the “best nutritional food” you can. Now, you may be thinking “how is it possible??”

  • You must have a continuous check on your children’s everyday like.
  •  Parents are the best teacher of any children so teach them the best lesson you can.
  • Make them realize that “JUNK FOOD” is the worst nutrition food they can have.

They must always have breakfast; lunch and dinner sufficient and full of nutrition. Otherwise, if they are not full they will definitely go for junk food from outside.

Ideal meals for youngsters::

BREAKFAST: A glass of milk, fruit(any),dry fruits, 2 eggs.

LUNCH: Salad (containing reddish, carrot, cucumber, tomato, lemon, onion or any of thecombination), Dal, 2 chapati,2 scoop rice, vegetable curry(if green vegetable the well and good), curd.

DINNER: any combination of light food.

These are the best possibly explained fact and remedies about the young children’s, which they are going to face in their future.
