Ranchi High Court To Hear The 4th JPSC Case On Mar,14

Ranchi,Mar,11:The justice is on the date sheet of case laden Ranchi High court which is struggling to clear the future source for the Applicants of 4th JPSC Combined Civil Services Examination amid hide and seek game of the most dented Public Service Commission of the Country.

This is quite unfortunate for the tribal state Jharkhand who is struggling to find the appropriate officers to improve the governance in the State.

JPSC has failed to recruit the new official in recent times and their previous appointments are also on the verge of dismissal by High Court as court has already issued the so cause notices to the 172 plus officers whose appointment was found faulty by vigilance department.

Amid multiple extension of hearing once again 4th JPSC case will come before the Ranchi high court on March 14 but it seems that JPSC will once again try to extend the date as they have done in the past.


One can easily sense that JPSC wants the date to be extended till the mains examination gets conducted which is tentatively announced from April 12.
Government disinterest in the JPSC functioning has further meshing the situation because no one want to touch scam laden, dented, institution.

JPSC is has lost the chance to wash their earlier dirt and rewrite the success story under the chairmanship of Shiv Basant ,the recent administrative decision of Chairman has further dented the already defamed JPSC.
