PIL Filed In Ranchi High Court Against 4th JPSC Result

Ranchi,Mar,13:JPSC Fourth Civil Services Examination once again hit the another bump in the form of Public Interest Litigation(PIL) which is filed in Ranchi high court demanding cancelation of the examination under given fact.

PIL was filed by Pramod Kumar who demanded for the cancelation of the result that was published on February 3.

The litigant said in his draft that JPSC had published the notification for recruitment of 219 posts on 18-02-2010 and conducted Preliminary examination on 23-3-2011; large scale irregularity was practiced during the examination by JPSC.

In its earlier examination there was no scaling system and even Supreme Court has said in its one of the decision regarding this, the innovative scaling system had created huge difference amongst the applicants said the draft of the PIL.

There are several other matter still in the high court one of them is due for hearing before high court amongst them one is due for today and another is for March 14.
