Patna High Court Is All Set To Hear BPSC 53rd 55th Preliminary Examination Related Case

PATNA: Patna High Court is all set to hear the BPSC 53rd 55th Preliminary examination case on August 5.

Case number CWJ -154223/2011 by petitioner Krishna Singh & others Vs the Bihar Public Service Commission is about reservation applied while considering the PT result by the BPSC.

The petitioners challenged the multiple cut off given as per category by citing the SC verdict to make same cut off across the category as PT is only screaming examination.

The matter will come before Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh bench, the case is turning out as the major bump for the validity of the examination as mains and interview has already conducted and BPSC is waiting for the resolution of some cases before releasing the final result.
