A Writ Petition Filed In Jharkhand High Court Against JSSC PT Examination

Ranchi, Dec, 23: The examination conducted by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) once again facing heat as JSSC 2012 PT examination has challenged by the petitioner advocate Arun Kumar Dubey.

He said in his petition that JSSC has released category wise cut off marks in PT examination, he further cited apex court judgment that says the PT examination cut off must be for every candidates irrespective of their category while advantage of reservation will be given for the mains examination.

The petitioner has said that the category wise cut off of JSSC 2012 PT examination is unconstitutional so the examination must be canceled.
