Chandigadh, Aug,18:Haryana Public Service Commission is all set to conduct HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Main Examination - 2011.

Earlier the Main Examination was expected to be held in the month of August 2012 as per provision laid down in Annexure - III to Rule 11 (1) of HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Rules 2008, will now be held from 02.09.2012 onward at Panchkula.

The Admit Cards to the eligible candidates are being sent separately by Registered Post. Candidates who do not receive Admit Cards upto 31st August should contact the Commission’s office personally at Panchkula on 1st September  from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for obtaining the duplicate Admit Cards. 

The candidates who find any error in the Name, Category, Date of Birth, Optional subject etc. in their admit cards, should also contact the Commission’s office on the above said date for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.

After 1st September, neither duplicate admit card will not be issued nor any rectification will be considered.
