MUMBAI : Everybody knows that LokSabha elections are expected in India, and it is in the hot stories of many newspapers that these matches will not be played in India. IPL matches are arranged in the months of May and June, and these elections are expected in the same months. BCCI is considering some outside options if matches cannot be arranged in India, due to security risks. The outside options include South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Among these destinations, the favorable country will be selected just after the announcement of election dates. 

To view matches through various IPL 7 Live streaming options, the IPL lovers would have to wait. A report was published in “The Indian Express” in which it was claimed that the best destination could be Sri Lanka or Bangladesh. 

BCCI is not announcing any schedule regarding IPL 7 tournament due to LokSabha elections. In 2009, same situations were happened during general elections and BCCI had to select South Africa for IPL2. BCCI knows that these security threats might raise again, due to which no earlier schedule is planned. All such concerns are being focus by the BCCI, and it will provide such schedule that can meet all security challenges. When election dates will be announced and confirmed as well, BCCI will gain the best place to announce IPL 7 schedule accordingly. 

 

Due to these reasons, fans of IPL will have to wait until the election dates are announced. After getting election dates, BCCI will be able to access that whether it would possible to arrange few matches in India or all matches must be arranged outside. During this time, BCCI is chalking out and planning the schedule, but it will be announced later. If few matches need to be played outside, then Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will the hot favorite destinations, due to their short distance from India. 

An official of BCCI has also given an interview in the newspaper. According to him, this picture will remain unclear until the exact election dates are announced. He explained that same situations were occurring in 2009, and BCCI now wants to tackle this situation by proper earlier planning. 

BCCI is considering IPL 7 more seriously because LokSabha elections and tournament is expected in the same months. There are chances that both of these collapse with each other. Due to which, BCCI is waiting for the right time to announce the IPL 7 schedule. 

Some newspapers are not considering the South Africa as the hot favorite option, because relationships between the officials of BCCI and CSA are not good. But an official of BCCI has discussed the South Africa as the favorite option, due to which it cannot be ignored. 

The latest media reports also claim that IPL 7 tournament is expected in two phrases- in India and outside. If some matches can be played in India then such destination will be preferred that has very short distance from India. Due to this reason, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are considered as the hot favorite options.
