Ranchi, Feb, 23: Jharkhand Public Service (JPSC)State Civil Service examination controversy nowhere inching towards the end as commission is not looking serious to find the amicable solution in the bureaucrat driven state of India facing poor governance since their inception.

JPSC has been a defamed constitutional organization and were in lime light for the corrupt practice were prevailing in the commission to recruit the officers by unfair means, this is irony of the tribal state where the entire previous office bearer of JPSC including the former chairman is enjoying their dinners in jail.

The appointment of Shiv Basant who was known as comparatively better bureaucrat as the chair man of JPSC was given a ray of hope to the applicants but it was short lived. Although he had done well to bring transparency in certain extent but again he worked in the defamed office has further degraded the image of the JPSC.

Earlier JPSC alleged for favoritisms but Shiv Basant regime has raised the question over the capablity of the commission to conduct the recruitment drive.

Although everything is in the public domain that includes repetition of as much as 80 to 90% questions in optional paper from the previous year question papers of UPSC, erroneous scaling system that inflated the row marks of some applicants more that maximum marks which was corrected latter by statistical gimmick, release of faulty model answer despite of two corrective waves that altered the result in big way by failing the successful candidate and sending them into mental trauma.

Commission has also made several clerical errors in publication of result like passing male in female quota, passing general in reserve quota, passing the healthy candidate into physically challenged category and even they have used term "Handicap" in its release several times it don't sounds well as UPSC had stopped using it after a controversy they uses physically challenged.

Not even this JPSC has gone ahead and revised the 4th PT result several times to correct their errors and always came out with fresh set of errors.

According to the release with its recent revise result JPSC has shown the intention to conduct the mains examination from 12th April which is dedicated time span by the UPSC to held interview but JPSC don't follow the common rule that they can't conduct the state PCS examination coinciding with IAS examination schedule.

At the same time JPSC is yet to release the final answer key on base of that they have declared the latest revised result.

It is common information in public domain but high profile officials are not using their common guidelines while doing public duty.

More than one year has gone but commission has failed to evaluate about 60000 papers of applicants.

Although matter is also due for hearing in Ranchi High Court where JPSC trying their best to play date game with the Court and aggrieved candidates.

Jharkhand is under complete Jungle raj ,Government have notto anything for these things.

Chairman seems in mood to keep the contriversy alive and get the way to delay the process of examination.

He knows well that he can't stop corruption and if exam will be conducted in his time then he will have to go jail like Duleep Prasad.

He want to complete his term wethout conducting the examination.

Munda government must come forward and give proper directive to get amicable solution JPSC is a rusting organization they even can't make correct question and answer in a assistant examination then how we can expect good thing in civils from them.

All process must be outsourced to the compitent organization otherwise the story will repeate again again .

As the development are going on it seems high court will dictate their term because JPSC has open the loopholes in their proceedings which are following.

 

  • Repeat of Questions what we say copy
  • Wrongfully applied Scaling Parameter
  • Creating Mental Trauma by Failing Earlier pass candidates in multiple revision of result
  • Unable to provide correct Answer till now
  • Publication of Result based on Wrong Key
  • Maniupulation on High court by taking dates and Delaying hearing

 

Even one point is enough for cancelation by court
