JPSC Changes The Combined Civil Services Examination Syllabus

Ranchi,Dec,19:After finding in clueless position while handling the optional papers in the Civil Services Examination Jharkhand Public Service Commission decided to change the syllabus and pattern of the preliminary examination from forthcoming examination.

Although the syllabuses of the PT examination looks like the replica of BPSC examination except the packaging in two papers with some addition of regional aroma.

Now candidates have to appear in two GS paper in PT however mains examination pattern remains same given the agitation of the students.

After adaptation of above system JPSC will be able to tame the controversy in PT examination but in mains examination they will face the same.

Overall it will be consider a smart move by the commission. 

General Study Paper I (100 Marks)

 

  • History of India and National Movement
  • India and World Geography
  • Indian Polity and Economy
  • History, Geography, Economics and Culture of Jharkhand

 

General Study II (100 Marks)

 

  • General Science
  • General Mental Ability
  • Current Event of State National and International Importance
