Jharkhand HC To Hear The JPSC Civil Services Examination Case On Sept 14

Ranchi, Sept, 13: Jharkhand high court all set to hear the case associated with the JPSC 4th PT examination on September 14.

The cases lined up in the cause list of September 14 before Justice Alok Singh, Mains examination has already concluded if any unfavorable verdict will come from the court it will create uncertainty for the students who appeared in the examination.

Another case (2487/12) that is associated with the model answer was before Justice Narendra Nath Tiwari on September  12 who has directed to transfer the case to Justice Alok Singh Court for speedy disposal of the case.

Now both case WP 2487/12 and 5860/11 will be taken up together.
