Justice N N Tiwari Of Ranchi High Court To Hear The 4th JPSC Case On 25th June

Ranchi, June, 22: Jharkhand high court all set to hear the case associated with the JPSC 4th PT examination on June 25.

Several cases lined up before Justice Narendra Nath Tiwari including case number 7692/11 challenging the scaling procedure in which JPSC has violated the court order to get it confirmed by the ISI.

Case no. 2487/12 that sought the model answer on the basis of which result had declared earlier court has said during the hearing that if answers will found wrong then result will be canceled.

Case no. 5767/11 and 807/12 about the pass failed candidates is also finds its dates in the same court.

The mains examination has already concluded if any unfavorable verdict will come from the court it will be disastrous for the students who appeared in the examination.

Justice N N Tiwari was Enrolled as an Advocate in Bihar State Bar Council in November 1975.Practised in Ranchi District Court as well as High Court till 1984.Since thereafter exclusively in Patna High Court(Ranchi Bench).After reorganization of State of Bihar, Ranchi Bench became Jharkhand High Court in 2000 and since thereafter at Jharkhand High Court. He specialized in Constitutional and civil matters

He designated as Senior Advocate in August 2002 and elevated as a Judge of Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court on 28.06.2004.
