MIRPUR: The T20 World Cup 2014 will take off with the match between Bangladesh and Afghanistan on March 16, 2014. The host Bangladesh will play against Afghanistan in the opening match of T20 World cup at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium, Mirpur.

The Afghan team is full of confidence because of its last win against host Bangladesh is their home soil in Aisa Cup 2014. Meanwhile , Bangladesh will try its level best to register first win in the opening match of T20 World Cup 2014 by delivering their best in front of home crowd.
