PATNA: BPSC 53rd 55th Civil Services Examination moderation case lands in to another mess as Patna High Court Single bench headed by Justice Ranjan Ranjan forwarded the matter in the double bench. Earlier he has reserved his judgment after concluding the hearing of the case.

Looking after the complexity involved in the case justice felt his inability to pronounce his judgment as the final interview has already completed on 5th July and BPSC was looking positively to release the result but latest development in the case came a big jolt for the commission as they can not release the result without consent of court.

The petitioner Sunil Kumar Singh and other has urged the court that BPSC has implemented the illogical moderation to reduce the marks of the candidates in the mains examination before releasing the result, they are with the opinion that the moderation process has curbed the merit so the result should be released based upon the real marks.

Apart from the moderation related case another case associated with reservation in PT examination of 53rd 55th Civil Services Examination is also playing on the floor whose hearing is scheduled on July 16th.

So it seems like waiting time under uncertainty for the applicants of BPSC examination as matter is lingering in the Patna High Court.
