Bihar To Get 534 Rural Development Officers Soon

PATNA: Blocks of Bihar is looking for their first Rural Development officer as the result of recommendation received by  Rural Development Department after successful completion of 53rd -55th Combined Civil Service Examination held by the BPSC.

RDO’s will be the first cadre of officers for the Rural Development Department will be promoted as the Block Development Officers after some time.

Rural Development Department is trying to provide best training facility to their officers to make them efficient to handle the development work, the training schedule adopted by the department is similar to the way that Deputy Collectors were trained few years back. 

The trainee officers will be given parallel training in batches in BIPARD, District, Treasury, Subdivision, Block and Panchayat. First batch of officers will begin their training at BIPARD from the first week of November; government has already deputed some senior administrative officers as the trainer.

Rural Development Department is in the final leg to shape up the modality of the Joining and Posting which will be released in coming week.

The sources also revealed that department is exploring the chance to distribute the joining latter by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to 534 newly recruited RDO’s. 

After the training of officers Rural Development Department will get their own officers and those who working as the BDO will be backed to their own department.

this activity of bihar government is not good . because after joining of rdo the officer currently work as bdo will be back to their own department means in junior post after mentaining bdo post they back why?? their work is good all government scheme are implement perfectly and development process are run perfectly in rular area . so i thing they should get new promotion at least . so its my request to government of bihar please thing about this activity .

Hiiiiiii everyone especially nitish uncle aapne jo pahle ke bdo ko hataye boht accha kiya us bdo post ke wajah se mere dad ko diabetes ho gye hm logo ne tarpa h roya h jab are dad hmare birthday par nhi aate the sirf aur sirf us bdo post ki wajah se yha tak ki mera 10 th board exam tha dad usme bhi nhi aaye wo hamesa kehte ki beta kaam hai nhi aa sakte yha tak kiii mere admission karwane bhi nahi aaue mere dad unhone hamesa kaam kaam kiya aur aapne kya kiya unhe post se hta diya aakhir kya galti thi mere dad ki jo aapne unhe hta diya boliye boliye nitish uncle yehi na ki unhone bdo post ko apna samjha yhi unki galti thi ki unhone bdo post ke wajah se hmlogo ko time nhi diya .......
