Let's Scrutinize The New Pattern In IAS 2014 Exam

DELHI: It’s high time to know the new pattern in IAS 2014 as the UPSC Preliminary Services Examination 2014 is declared to be held on 24th August 2014 and the final notification will be done on May 17th 2014. Now aspirants are advised to be updated with all the notifications of UPSC and make their study plan accordingly.

Every year UPSC regulate the entrance examination for IAS, which is completed in three steps, the first will be preliminary exam, which has multiple choice questions and called as a qualifying exam to be eligible in the next step i.e. Mains exam.

The mains exam is descriptive type, the objective of this exam is to judge the actual caliber of the candidate and their understanding about the subjects. As per the news section, there are so many changes in the Mains Examination like four papers of G.S instead of two and there are two papers for one optional subject ( May have some change in 2014).

After clearing these two exams the shortlisted candidates are called for the final step i.e. interview. So, aspirants keep your eyes on your goal and hit the target of IAS 2014.
