Patna High Court Rejects BPSC 53rd 55th Preliminary Examination Case

PATNA: Patna High Court has given its verdict in the BPSC 53rd 55th Preliminary examination case after completion of the hearing.

Case number CWJ -154223/2011 by petitioner Krishna Singh & others Vs the Bihar Public Service Commission is about reservation applied while considering the PT result by the BPSC.

The petitioners challenged the multiple cut off given across the category as PT is only screaming examination.

Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh rejects the case by stating that process has gone ahead as mains and interview has already conducted and BPSC was waiting for the resolution of some cases before releasing the final result.

The court has also said that reservation was not as per low so BPSC should follow the proper way from next examination.

Details of the judgments are still awaited.

BPSC Donn't want to give result as all the seats are on sale more time they will hold the result greater the chance to get big bidding. BPSC is deliberatively delaying the result ,result will only come after completion of sale
