Surprise Element In UPSC 2014 Exam

DELHI: UPSC, the recruiting body for high profile Government jobs in India is expected to come with some fluctuating changes in the examination process of upcoming 2014 prelims and mains UPSC exam.

These fluctuating changes will be clarified with the recruitment notification, that is expected to release in 14th May, 2014. May be this news is only a rumor but it is advised to the candidates to be prepared for everything. Don’t deviate from studies but be up-dated till the final notification comes live.

As per the updates, there will be only one paper of 300 marks covering 150 marks for the G.S. portion for the UPSC 2014 prelims exam and in mains exam, optional paper will be cancelled and in place of this optional paper there will be additional GS paper.

The time period will be offered 3 hours. Dates of both the exams are declared, the prelims exam will be conducted on 24th August and the Mains exam will be conducted from 14th December 2014. The mains exam will be completed in 3-4 days.

These are tentative information as per the given resources. Albeit, the exact change is yet to be confirmed by the UPSC, till then keep waiting and study hard.
