The enchanting atmosphere of Synergy 1 Delhi Couture week held at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. Basically Delhi couture Week is promoted by the Fashion Design Council of India. Couture week had been begun on 22nd July and went on 25th July. This was the place where India's top most designers congregate to do that is remarkable for all and to give all potential to his works. Delhi Couture Week is officially sponsored by Synergy 1 and Aircel is Associate sponsor.
Creations of Different Designers
Twelve leading fashion designers showcased their collections at Couture week, Manish Malhotra ,Manav Gagwani, Anju Modi, Meera and Muzaffar ali, JJ Valaya, Shantanu and Nikhil, Adarsh, Varun bahl and Suneet Verma.
Retro fashion- Manish Malhotra's entire collection was inspired by movies of 70. It was much fabulous collection to create the atmosphere of olden day movies.
Awadhi opulence- they showcased their expertise in craft forms. There was seen the work of Zardosi and Chikankari. It was the traditional collection of Meera and Muzaffar.
The passion of Kamsutra- Sunit Verma brought the collection of representing the charm of a seductress. Each ensemble was in a different colour of passion.
Classic show filled with fragrance
Model and actor Arjun Rampal was show stopper at Rohit Bal's set. It was full and final day and the entire set was mesmerizing with the fragrance of Jasmine flowers. This was the time of something special Arjun came on the ramp and did a final walk wearing a black colour shirt embroided with the words "show stopper".
Peace for all
The theme for the final day was peaceful and Gudda, designer presented a collection titled Shanti with an expression of being pure and in the state of eternal peace.
