Piles is an embarrassing disease in mankind happens due to the constipation it can be taken care by following basic flooding habits people must take adequate fiber component in their daily food menu, the omission of fibber based food for longer period and excessively oily and spicy food intakes are the major causes of Piles.

Body is quite sensitive and it responds to the food intake which so at the time of Pregnancy also it can come into effect.

According to the growing age, modern life style, western food constipation and improper digestion symptoms arise which sometime leads to Piles.

Most of the cases Piles followed by generation to generation If a person suffering from piles then it is recommended to consult doctors but there are several home remedies he can consider at their home to cure Piles.

Some Common Home Remedies for Piles:

Take raw cow milk (Fresh one) in a 200 ml pot and mix half lemon, take it empty stomach at early morning it will help a lot.

Take a cup of milk and boil 1 ripe banana after that mash well, and try to take thrice a day.

At early morning empty stomach take 25 raw rice and suck it like candy and do not chew.

 

Do not take spicy and oily food.

 

Apply coconut oil on affected area.
